From 2022 through 2025, I had the privilege of representing District 5 on the Charlotte City Council.

The district included communities that had experienced extraordinary growth alongside long-standing needs in infrastructure, housing, transportation, economic development and neighborhood investment. My work on Council centered on moving those needs from conversation toward implementation while helping position East Charlotte for sustained investment and opportunity.

This site preserves a record of that service: the projects advanced, investments made, partnerships built and work undertaken alongside residents, City staff, community organizations and colleagues across Charlotte.
